Captain Cannabis(R) No. 3 YOYO picks up where No. 1 and 2 leave off. Barely surviving his near-death-experience, this issue finds our hero Hal frantically searching for more so he can do it all over again! But he's not alone. No. 3 opens with Lt. Ralph Bukster ordered on a conflicting mission so it's only a matter of time before sparks start flying.

This issue begins bridging the original Captain Cannabis series with the larger story line in the 420 comic where older Hal is physically challenged with failing memory. How he gets there starts here! This issue finds him struggling with things like he's never seen them before, with lots more fun to come.
