NOVEL PANEL SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made from Novel Panel (“Novel Panel,” “we,” “us”) through novelpanel.com. It is incorporated into the Novel Panel Terms of Service.

1. Shipping Regions

Novel Panel ships to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states, the District of Columbia, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.

International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing and Delivery Estimates

Orders generally begin processing within 1–2 business days after they are placed.

The delivery estimates displayed at checkout are measured from the order date and include both order processing and carrier transit time. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. During peak periods, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond Novel Panel’s reasonable control, delivery may take longer. Novel Panel will communicate material processing delays by email when reasonably possible.

3. Shipping Options and Rates

Available shipping options may vary based on the contents of the order, package weight, destination, and carrier service availability.

Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.

4. Free Standard Shipping

Orders totaling $50 or more after discounts and before taxes qualify for free Standard shipping.

Free shipping applies only to the Standard shipping tier. Express and Expedited shipping remain available at their listed rates.

If a return reduces the value of the items retained from the original order below $50, Novel Panel may deduct the original $6.99 Standard shipping charge from the refund.

5. Order Confirmation and Tracking

Novel Panel will send a shipping-confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.

Tracking information may require up to 24 hours to reflect the carrier’s initial scans.

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages. Each shipment may receive its own tracking number. You will be charged only the shipping amount quoted at checkout unless you later request and approve a shipping change.

6. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Orders returned to Novel Panel as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address will be refunded for the item price only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Reshipping an order requires payment of new shipping charges.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order enters processing. Contact hello@novelpanel.com immediately if an address correction is needed.

7. Risk of Loss

Consistent with the Novel Panel Terms of Service, risk of loss and title pass to you when the item is delivered to the carrier, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Novel Panel will assist with carrier claims and resolve orders confirmed lost in transit as described in Section 8.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Shipments

Contact hello@novelpanel.com if:

Tracking shows no movement for seven or more days; or
Your order has not arrived within 10 business days after the latest estimated delivery date shown for your selected shipping tier.

Novel Panel will open an investigation with the carrier. For shipments confirmed lost in transit, Novel Panel will ship a replacement or issue a full refund in accordance with the Novel Panel Return and Refund Policy.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you have not received it, notify Novel Panel within seven days of the recorded delivery date.

Before contacting Novel Panel, verify the shipping address, check with household members and neighbors, and allow 24–48 hours after the recorded delivery time. Carriers may occasionally mark packages as delivered before the package physically arrives.
