This workplace romance josei features two opposites-attract coworkers helping "train" each other to overcome their fear of intimacy.

Rin Narumi, a late-twenties office worker haunted by her past relationship, and Chiaki Shinonome, a man who can barely survive a conversation with a woman, strike a strange--yet undeniably sexy--deal: confront their insecurities through a hands-on "training regimen."

What begins with hand-holding quickly escalates to hugging--and a whole lot of panicked overthinking--as their awkward "therapy" starts feeling suspiciously less like self-improvement and more like something else.

But just as they make progress, chaos arrives in the form of Hanamori, Shinonome's starry-eyed junior, who catches them mid-"training" and demands answers.
