Zegen - The Mindful Dog

This is a book about teaching kids' mindfulness with the help of colorful illustrations and cute animal characters named Zegen, Leo and Winter. Children love animals for plenty of reasons and can connect easily with them. They respond to animals in ways that are familiar and easy to understand, yet also exciting and delightful.

Zegen is a cute little pup who is always happy and cheerful. He lives his life with a positive attitude, no matter what happens. This book will help the children of today embed deep and meaningful lessons to be their best selves. Our mission is to give parents and children access to learning simple mindset tools that are easily absorbed into the subconscious and read in joyous, flowing manner.

About the Author: Pushpal Kapadia had a passion about living an optimistic life since the day she learned about the Law of Attraction and Manifestation 10 years back. She is a creative entrepreneur, who also trained herself to be a Certified NLP practitioner. As a mother of one little dragon, she created Zegen -The Mindful Dog as she was unable to find a book that could embed deep meaningful lessons into her son. So, she created a series of products that feature beautiful affirmations, positive advice and mindful moments.

This book is aimed at the age range of 0-7, due to children naturally being in the brain state theta. The brain state theta is when humans 'download' the information used for the rest of our lives, this is why our childhood has such a huge impact on us as adults!
