NOVEL PANEL RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Novel Panel (“Novel Panel,” “we,” “us”) through novelpanel.com. It is incorporated into the Novel Panel Terms of Service.

1. Return Window

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. The return window begins on the date the carrier records the order as delivered. Returns initiated more than 14 days after delivery will not be accepted.

2. Condition Requirements

Returned items must be unused, unread, and in their original, resalable condition. Items must have no creased spines, bent covers, folded or marked pages, removed shrink wrap on sealed products, or damage beyond the condition in which they were delivered.

Novel Panel reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these requirements or to issue a partial refund reflecting the item’s diminished value.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Email hello@novelpanel.com with your order number and the item or items you wish to return before shipping anything back.

Novel Panel will provide return authorization and the appropriate return shipping address. Items returned without prior authorization may be rejected.

4. Return Shipping

For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and for the item until it is received by Novel Panel. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Novel Panel is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, as described in Section 7, Novel Panel will pay the return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after Novel Panel receives and inspects the returned item.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Your bank, credit card company, or other payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for items of equal or lesser value, subject to inventory availability.

If the requested exchange item is unavailable, Novel Panel will issue a refund instead. Any price difference for an exchange of lesser value will be refunded to the original payment method.

The replacement item will be shipped after the original item has been received and inspected.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, contact hello@novelpanel.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the item and its packaging.

Novel Panel will provide a prepaid return label and, at your choice, ship a replacement or issue a full refund, including the original shipping charges.

8. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns are not accepted for:

• Items returned outside the 14-day return window;

• Items returned without prior authorization; or

• Items that do not meet the condition requirements described in Section 2.

Novel Panel may, at its discretion, issue a partial refund for an item that has diminished in value.

9. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days after you receive the shipping confirmation, contact hello@novelpanel.com.

Novel Panel will investigate the shipment with the carrier. For orders confirmed to have been lost in transit, Novel Panel will ship a replacement or issue a full refund.
